In one of our past ventures in 2006, we tried to establish our proven business model in another country, but were unable to find the ideal partner. After making inquiries with other companies from different sectors about this situation, we realized that many organizations faced the same challenge.

After months of analyzing a large number of companies in several countries, we discovered that many faced great hurdles in finding a local partner they could trust. The key issues were mostly miscommunication and misunderstandings, cultural barriers, a lack of commitment, a progressively decreasing motivation and countless other reasons.

Due to the nature of our international team of executives we clearly understood that we could add value to companies that encountered difficulties in foreign markets due to insufficient knowledge, an inefficient network or a lack of trust in another country┬┤s potential partner.
